End User License Agreement
Effective August 19, 2026 · blinkdiff is made and sold by Minim Industries LLC ("Minim").
1. What this covers
This agreement covers the blinkdiff software: the CLI, the test driver, the GitHub Actions, and updates to them (the "Software"). By installing or running the Software you agree to these terms.
2. Your license
Minim grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Software against repositories you control, per the tier you hold:
- Free — one flow per repository. No key required.
- Repo — one repository, unlimited flows, while the subscription is active.
- Team — up to five repositories, unlimited flows, while the subscription is active.
- Buy Outright — a perpetual license for up to five repositories (or unlimited repositories on the unlimited tier), with twelve months of updates included. Renewing the optional update plan extends access to new versions; declining it leaves every version you already received fully licensed, forever.
A monorepo counts as one repository. Simulators, devices, and CI runners are not counted or limited.
3. License keys
Paid tiers are activated with a license key. A key activates once per repository up to its activation limit. Keys are issued per purchase and may not be shared outside the purchasing team or published.
4. Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and the license lapses at the end of the paid period. If the Software does not work for your app, write to info@blinkdiff.com within 30 days of first purchase for a full refund.
5. What you may not do
Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the Software or license keys; do not remove license enforcement; do not use the Software to build a competing screenshot-diffing service offered to third parties. Everything else a normal engineering team does with a testing tool is fine.
6. Your code and data
The Software runs on your machines and your CI. Your source code, builds, screenshots, and baselines stay in your infrastructure. The Software contacts Minim's licensing provider only to validate license keys.
7. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minim disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Minim's total liability under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
Minim may update these terms for future versions and purchases; the terms that shipped with your purchase keep governing that purchase. Material changes will be noted in release notes.
